The last 8 months have been relatively quit here in RK land. The Warhammer guild has been puttering along but other than that we havent had anything real solid going on. Left 4 Dead, Team Fortress 2, Killing Floor and Grand Theft Auto 4 have been keeping us occupied. But since Call of Duty 4 (which we put well over a year into) nothing really juicy has come along. In the coming months that will change.
Modern Warfare 2 is a definite must-have for all of us. Hippie and I are definatly going to start up a new RK Division for it.
If you havent seen it yet here is the full trailer.
Also upcoming is Operation Flashpoint 2: Dragon Rising. I don't want to put too much hope into another game in a genre full of heartache (Tom Clancy I'm looking in your direction) but it appears to be the Tactical Sim I've been waiting for since the days of Ghost Recon and Raven Shield. I'm definately keeping an eye on it.
And lastly, in a completly different direction are the Space Combat MMOs Jumpgate Evolution and Black Prophecy. Both are looking very promising and I wouldnt rule out a new division for one of them.
The Red Knights havent grown at all the last couple of years but our core group of people have stuck with it. We've lacked a really unifiying game recently but theres hope on the horizon.

Merry Christmas all your happy little minions of mine. I hope everyone has a good holiday and such. In general clan news, Ghost Scout won the Media Contest we had going. Congrads to Ghost on the win and his prizes were a copy of Left 4 Dead and Warhammer Online Collectors Edition.
Moving on, the WAR guild is still alive despite people leaving without saying bye.  Most of us left seem to still be enjoying ourselves with the massive enhancements they made and the additions of the RvR changes and new classes. All Hail Blackguard  To those that left without saying a damned thing, you suck and we all hope you die in a fire
And with that I again wish you all a Merry Christmas and leave you with the musical stylings of Achmed the Dead Terrorist.

Thats right folks! Its time to Waaaagh! Warhammer Online is kicking off this week, with all the preorders getting in today! Now us being the sword wielding, axe toting, lighting people on fire just for fun little psychotic we are, The Red Knights are heading into WAR full swing.
We will be playing the game for the Armies of Destruction, since being the "bad guys" is alot more fun then the "good guys". However, the name Red Knights doesn't fit well being the "bad guys". So for this game we have adopted the name
For those playing the game we will be setting up house on the Wolfenburg server. For those not playing the game, WHY THE FUCK AREN'T YOU PLAYING THE GAME?! Even BAS is getting in on this! To anyone wishing to join us in our quest to burn the humans, eat the dwarves, and steal the elves women please visit the forums. Look under the Warhammer Online section once there and read the rules. If the rules are acceptable, please apply.
And remember! The RK contest for free prizes is still going on, so keep working guys. November is approaching fast!
